(Floridacast) Peacemakers In Christ’s Family (Psalm 147:14; Matthew 5:9)(Peacemakers)
Until the day of Isaiah 11 arrives and we have the Peaceable Kingdom with us forever, Jesus has a purpose for us. You and I who are children of God have a job to do. We need to be acting like our Heavenly Father and making peace wherever we know there is conflict that we can do something about. First, we pray. Then we look for an opportunity for God to open a door in the broken relationship and then we seek out the person, asking them to forgive us for whatever wrong we may have committed.So remember, you a are the child of the King. Ask the Spirit to lead you into those relationships which you know you can be a peacemaker…and you’re not just a peacemaker…you’re a blessed peacemaker.
Isaiah 11:6-9 [6] The wolf shall dwell with the lamb,
and the leopard shall lie down with the young goat,
and the calf and the lion and the fattened calf together;
and a little child shall lead them.
[7] The cow and the bear shall graze;
their young shall lie down together;
and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.
[8] The nursing child shall play over the hole of the cobra,
and the weaned child shall put his hand on the adder’s den.
[9] They shall not hurt or destroy
in all my holy mountain;
for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD
as the waters cover the sea.
