(Theta) Victory (Psalm 141:8& 1 Cor 15:55,57) (Justification)

Living by faith that overcomes the world is based on Romans 8:28. To make it personal I would say, I know that in everything Jesus is at work for good for me and any who love Him. That is my faith. This faith overcomes any problem I have in the world that is full of dead ends. But my Lord Jesus has overcome death. He is the God of raising the dead so that death like moments are not the dead end. Christ is risen. That’s our victorious faith.

Prayer

Lord, you overcame sin, death, and the evil one. I am often fixated on death, afraid because death feels so final. Help me to fix my eyes on you and your promises. You are my living hope. You have promised me victory over the grave. In you I have life everlasting. Amen.
