Our GUG CHALLENGE TO RAISE $100 SCHOLARSHIP FOR EACH OF THE 45 PEOPLE GOING ON THIS RETREAT. WE HAVE 12 SCHOLARSHIPS SO FAR. Here is the message from Pastor Ivan. “From September 13 to 18, our church, "Christ for All,"Sumy is organizing a transformative youth camp in the quiet and safe region of Zakarpattia (Carpathian Mountains), themed "Outside of the Box." Who is this camp for? In cooperation with our local city administration, we have invited a new group of teenagers who deeply need emotional and spiritual relief. Together with our team of youth leaders and volunteers, the group total is 45 people. Our Mission: To share the Gospel of Hope with these teens and provide a holistic environment for recovery: ·🌿Emotionally: Step out of the "box" of anxiety, war-related trauma, and constant pressure. ·📖Spiritually: Discover living faith, find inner strength, and get answers to tough life questions. ·🏔️Physically: Rest in the peaceful mountains, sleep in safety, and recharge. 📋Our Key Needs (Total for 45 people): 1.Transportation & Logistics: Covering travel expenses (train/bus tickets) for the kids and leaders to the mountains and back. 2.Music & Technical Equipment: To lead daily worship, evening reflections, and group sessions, we need to acquire: ·3 vocal microphones (with cables); ·An acoustic-electric guitar (with a pickup). 3.Program & Art Therapy Supplies: Materials for interactive team-building and creative activities.”
