(Familycast) God Knows Our Misery And Gives Compassion (Job 3:20 21; James 5:11) (Trust)

Yesterday we had Jonah in the body of the fish for 3 days. Today we have Job in a different fishy predicament which held him captive for about 37 chapters when God finally gets a chance to interrupt his miserable and bitter process of thinking. God seeks to bring life and light to his misery just like he wants to do with us. What holds us back is what held Job back…our misery and bitterness becomes our life…it is our WAY. For us to get free we need to know the one who is the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE. Listen and discover how free God wants you to be.

Prayer

Gracious Lord, I praise you and give thanks for your light in my life. I am sorry for those times when I lose heart and in bitterness cannot see any light. Help me to endure by trusting in you, so that misery might be transformed into mercies. Open my heart to outcomes that only you can bring to pass. Amen.
