(Discipleship) Power For The Powerless (Proverbs 31:8; Mark 2:4) (Justice)

How free do you want to be when it comes to following our Lord’s leading? Jesus doesn’t have to command us to tear open roofs. Since we are under grace and not a set of rules, the Spirit can help us find the solutions that are needed as the situation demands. It’s exciting to see how free God has created us to be especially when we are bringing power to the powerless. It’s exciting to be Spirit led for the sake of the powerless.

Speak out for those who cannot speak, for the rights of all the destitute.
Proverbs 31:8

New Testament Verse

Prayer

Jesus, you care for every person and do not discriminate between who deserves your love and healing. I regret I do not speak up for the compromised. Open my heart to be sensitive to those who are repressed and in need of your healing. May I be a friend that helps those in need and connects them with you. Amen.
