We need to praise our God with the words we find in the Bible. The scriptures that become our prayers are the same scriptures that become our hymns. Prayer

Eternal God, my lips declare your praises today. You are above all, in all, and over all. I am secure in this place of grace until you call me home to be with you forever. Thank you for covering my fear of death with your resurrection. Pull me close to you when the threats come and I need assurance. Amen.
