Prayer

Lord God, thank you that my difficulties and afflictions do not have the final word. You use them to serve your purposes. Forgive me for missing the lessons you reveal from my trials. Grow within me deeper levels of compassion and encouragement for others. Grant me patience and grace in adversity. Amen.
