(Awaken) Christ’s Commands Connect Treasured Possessions (Exodus 19:5; John 15:10) (Promise)

The Awaken Project, pictured above, is the young adult community that meets at Mount Carmel from September to May. These people are partners with the Greenhouse Collective that includes our Thursday Theta community from San Pedro, CA. The Awaken community will be leading our Wednesday podcasts every other week through May. Pictured above are Steven, the director of Awaken, then Noah, Jayden, Alex, Zoe and Alexa. Old Testament Verse

If you obey my voice and keep my covenant, you shall be my treasured possession out of all the peoples. Indeed, the whole earth is mine.

New Testament Verse

If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love.
John 15:10

Prayer

Divine Love, you have given all for me. Thank you. Forgive me for misinterpreting your commandments as merely an obligation. You have grafted me onto your beautiful tree of life, calling me your treasured possession. In the midst of struggle and pain your love abides with me. Today, I will obey you by treating others as your priceless treasures. Amen.
