(Theta) I'm So Blessed (Genesis 26:24 & Ephesians 1:3) (Trust)

How many times a year do we need to hear “Do not be afraid?” Hmmm. Every day? Yes. And in the Bible, God makes sure we hear we will hear Him proclaim this to us 365 times. And as an added blessing today, there God gives us both a command and a promise. Why should we not be afraid? Because “I am with you.” Emmanuel=God with us. And what promise do we trust until we meet Jesus face to face? Jesus says “go” and “I am with you always.” So…as you go, know God goes before you, behind you, beside you, above you and within you.

Prayer

Praise to you, Heavenly Father, for granting me spiritual blessings through your beloved Son. I confess that I pursue earthly things. Forgive me for living below your purpose for me. Change my affections and renew my mind so that I may seek your heavenly-minded goals and encourage others to do the same. Amen.
