Today’s “Daily Texts” reveal the heart of “forgivin livin.” We practice the ABC’s with people who have hurt us. We absolve them. We bless them. We do this constantly. A,B,C. You can find these written out for you on page 189. We also found this huge sponge while walking by the ocean. When you absolve someone you let Jesus absorb the mess they made in your life. Sponges absorb messes. Jesus is our sponge who absolves our messes and absorbs them into Himself.

Prayer

Lord Jesus, you are so good to me. Thank you for countless blessings day after day. I seek to have your mind and attitude, yet I succumb to my sinful nature. Please turn any pride into humility. Instead of reacting in anger, lead me to pray for and to bless others. Shine your love and light through me. Amen.
