(Carmelcast) Your Childhood Begins Every Time God Teaches You God Teaches You (Deut 4:10; 2 Timothy 3:14 15) (Guidance)

Our God tells us that ”unless you become as a little child you cannot enter the Kingdom of Heaven.” (Matt 18:3). Becoming a little child can happen in many ways. But one way is that children are willing to learn. Children are willing to admit that they don’t know things. And our God is willing to teach you. When you ask God to help you, you become a little child and God helps you.

Old Testament Verse

The Lord said to Moses, "Assemble the people for me, and I will let them hear my words, so that they may learn to fear me as long as they live on the earth and may teach their children so."
Deuteronomy 4:10

New Testament Verse

But as for you, continue in what you have learned and firmly believed, knowing from whom you learned it and how from childhood you have known sacred writings that are able to instruct you for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.
2 Timothy 3:14-15

Prayer

Holy Wisdom, I am so grateful for the chance to hear your words of life today. Sometimes I take for granted what I have known since the childhood of my faith. Let your word instruct my heart anew. Grant me a childlike wonder that helps me grow in firm belief and become a teacher for other children. Amen.
