IRISHCAST Known By God (Isa 43v1; Luke 19v5)
Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are mine.
Isaiah 43:1
Jesus looked up and said to him, "Zachaeus, hurry and come down, for I must stay at your house today."
Luke 19:5
Naming God, we your people, go by many names: Mom, Spouse, Dad, Friend, and more. Yet the name that is most precious to me is the name you call me: "Your Beloved." I feel comforted and safe knowing you are always with me. Thank you, Holy Love, for your presence. I am grateful that I am never alone. Amen.
